As for V's fish
I talked to B on AIM today and she says she has no idea how V's fish are doing, he hasn't looked at them in a while and they're probably dead. I'll update this blog if I hear anything more about how his fish are doing.
Few tips that you might consider next time: 1. NO bowls, NO bottles or small glass vessels. Go for a large tank. Think you being kept with 11 other guys in a 10'x10' room. 2. NEVER get the tank and fish together on the same day. 3. Keep the tank filled with water and other accessories like filter, substrate plants etc, without any fish for at least a week. 4. Do not over crowd your tank. Put few at a time. 5. If want some plants in your fish tank use ONLY aquatic plants. Terrestrial plants will die if kept in water and will rot, making the water dirty.
Best of luck! happy fish keeping! Samit http://aquasamit.blogspot.com
